Amber Bay is pre-launch. Waitlist signups record whether you want to hire or offer services, the services and area you provide, local pro pricing preferences, and a phone number when you text us or consent to share one. We do not collect job requests before launch.

When an AI assistant connects, we record MCP and HTTP metadata including client name and version, protocol and tool events, timestamps, IP and proxy headers, user agent, origin, referrer, request identifiers, and response status. Event logs record tool argument names, not their values.

Text messages are sent via Sendblue, only to numbers that texted us first or asked for updates. Reply STOP anytime and we delete your signup.

We do not sell personal data. Contact us to request deletion of your data.
