Terms of Service

Amber Bay is an upcoming marketplace connecting customers with independent local pros. It is not yet live: joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side, and no job is requested or dispatched.

Local pros on the waitlist are independent contractors, not Amber Bay employees. When the marketplace launches, its operating terms (bidding, payment, fees) will be published here before any job is dispatched.

Amber Bay may remove waitlist entries or refuse service at its discretion.
